Dental Practice Loss of Business Recovery

This letter of recommendation is written to document my two-decade business relationship with James O’Toole of James O’Toole and company and to wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend his services to anyone in need of a public adjuster.

In 1996 soon after starting my dental practice, Mr. O’Toole represented me in negotiations with my insurance company after a loss at my dental office. I left all the details to him and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a settlement far in excess of what the insurance company initially offered.

In the summer of 2015, there was damage to my dental office. The building was declared unsafe by order of the fire marshall and I was effectively out of business for several months. Thankfully despite the distress caused by this accident I had the sense to call James O’Toole before doing anything else. Mr. O’Toole sprang into action fighting to ensure that I received everything due under the terms of my policy.
